House Speaker Mike Johnson may not see a legal way for President Donald Trump to run for a third term, but Trump will do it his usual way. That is, by ignoring the Constitution as he always has, especially the Fourteenth Amendment. Trump knows that the legislative branch will do nothing to stop him.
