The Chicago White Sox added an assistant pitching coach as part of their revamped major-league staff. Bobby Hearn, formally with the Minnesota Twins organization, will fill that role — one of five hirings the Sox announced Wednesday.

The Sox announced Wednesday the hirings of Bobby Hearn as assistant pitching coach and Jose Leger as first-base/outfield coach.
