McCoy was a bright spot on Florida State's offense. After returning from a preseason injury, he went on to appear in the final ten games of the season, making seven starts. McCoy caught 27 passes for 396 yards and three touchdowns.

Former Troy center Paul Bowling is headed to Florida State, he announced Wednesday. Bowling (6-foot-4, 315 pounds) started 12 games for the Trojans in 2025, nine at center and three at left guard. The Marietta, Ga., native became the first true freshman to start at center in Week 1 in Troy football history.

Lucas Simmons, who spent three years at Florida State, gives the Badgers another veteran presence at a position group that is young.

The former Seminole defensive back is drawing interest from several Power Four programs, including an ACC foe.
