The mayor of the Arkansas town where Grant Hardin was convicted of shooting a man says anxiety in the town is "still high" after his escape.
Hardin, 56, escaped from the North Central Unit in Calico Rock on May 25, prompting a statewide manhunt. He's serving 80 years for two violent crimes: the 1997 rape of a Rogers elementary teacher and the 2017 murder of a Benton County man.
