Fans of rock band Journey were silenced during Friday night’s RodeoHouston performance. The band was singing its signature hit when the sound cut out.

Video from the performance shows singer Arnel Pineda and guitarist Neal Schon singing the lines “A singer in a smoky room / The smell of wine and cheap perfume / For a smile they can share the night” when the sound system crashed and jumbotrons shut down. The audience continued to sing the song as the band departed the stage.
