BENGALURU: Accenture has reset its promotion cycle, shifting it from December to June. This change is aimed at aligning with clients' planning and budgeting processes, providing the company with better visibility of the demand scenario.

An Accenture representative stated that the firm is "permanently changing our primary promotion date from December to June, which is when we have better visibility of our clients' planning and demand.

Accenture, which has lowered its revenue outlook two times this year, is now delaying its staff promotion period by six months.

A company spokesperson confirmed that the new promotion schedule aligns better with the firm's visibility into client strategies and demand levels, which are typically clearer by mid-year.
