Disneyland finally reveals where Avatar Land will be located, and a popular ride will soon close to make way for construction.

Disney has revealed that Disneyland's Coco attraction will be located in areas that are "predominantly backstage today" near Disney California Adventure's Paradise Gardens Park and Pixar Pier and that the new Avatar land will take over a "portion" of the current Hollywood Backlot area.

Mike and Sulley’s days are numbered at Disneyland. Disney California Adventure Park’s Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue! attraction, based on the beloved Disney and Pixar film, will close to make room for the park's upcoming Avatar destination.
