SHREVEPORT, La. - A new era of severe weather coverage and safety is beginning this week in the ArkLaTex with the arrival of the highly anticipated Willis-Knighton MEGA 3 Live Doppler Radar. It's the first one-million watt dual-polarization Klystron doppler radar west of the Mississippi River.
A wintry mix will move from southwest, lower Michigan to southeast on Tuesday, Nov. 18. Accumulations are forecast to be light. See radar.
