Thailand's Princess Bajrakitiyabha, who had been in a coma for nearly 4 years, has died, the royal household has announced.

Thailand's royal household has announced the death of Princess Bajrakitiyabha, the eldest daughter of King Vajiralongkorn, at the age of 47.

Bajrakitiyabha was active in justice reform efforts and best known for her Kamlangjai, or “Inspire,” project to help rehabilitate incarcerated Thai women ahead of their release.
