These are the 10 stats, facts and trends to know for Monday night’s Rams vs. Vikings showdown in the wild-card round of the playoffs

The Seattle Seahawks defeated the Los Angeles Rams 30-25 in Sunday’s Week 18 regular-season finale. Unfortunately, the Rams had already clinched the NFC West division. Head coach Sean McVay fielded a team largely consisting of backups as the Seahawks eyed their first 10-win season since 2020.

The Seahawks needed a lot to go right Sunday, and not much did as Seattle was eliminated from playoff contention and the Rams claimed the NFC West title.

The Los Angeles Rams have won the NFC West crown, and the final standings have remained largely unchanged from Week 17 to Week 18. That, of course, means the San Francisco 49ers are in last place. They will have the 11th pick in the 2025 NFL Draft and a more extended offseason than they’ve had the last couple of years.
