Everything always gets crazy during the final week of the NFL regular season, and this year was no different. It lasted all the way until the final game of Week 18 to determine what the 2025 NFL playoff picture would look like with Wild Card Weekend ahead.

The league officially wrapped up its regular season on Sunday night with the Detroit Lions' commanding 31-9 win over the Minnesota Vikings. That gave the Lions the top seed and the bye in the NFC, and dropped the Vikings to the No. 5 seed. They'll now have to travel to take on the Los Angeles Rams in Southern California to open the playoffs.
The Vikings are the No. 5 seed in the NFC and will need to exact revenge against the Rams in order to advance to the divisional round.
