Mumbai recently came forward and announced its squad for the upcoming edition of the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2025. Veteran India batter Rohit Sharma will feature for Mumbai in the first two games of the tournament.

Team India batting star Rohit Sharma was spotted with his wife outside a restaurant in Bandra, Mumbai, on Saturday, December 20.

“Rohit, Jaiswal, Dube and even Rahane will not be a part of the Mumbai squad for at least the first two matches as the selection panel is going ahead with a young squad,” Mumbai chief selector Sanjay Patil told news agency PTI.

Both Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli have confirmed their availability for the Vijay Hazare Trophy and will feature for Mumbai and Delhi, respectively.
