The UConn men’s basketball team didn’t go into Saturday’s game at Seton Hall with the right mindset and paid for it in critical moments down the stretch.

UConn largely controlled the game throughout the first half, but the Pirates crept up by the end of the first half to trade leads with the Huskies for the rest of the matchup. In the final minutes, UConn pulled ahead, going up by as many as seven points with less than a minute remaining.
