Durango police in southwestern Colorado captured a kangaroo that escaped from its home on Monday. It's the same kangaroo that escaped from home and was captured by police last fall.

A kangaroo that made headlines last year when he escaped and went for a hop around a Colorado town made a repeat appearance and was wrangled by police.

Body camera footage captured by the Durango Police Department shows officers chase and catch Irwin the kangaroo. It's not clear how Irwin escaped from his home in the southwestern Colorado town, but kangaroos are permitted to be kept as pets in the state.
