Kevin Durant may have his eyes on New York. But the Knicks? They’re not looking back. That’s the word from ESPN’s Brian Windhorst, who said Thursday on Get Up that Durant “definitely” has interest in landing with the Knicks.

The New York Knicks are not actively seeking a trade for Phoenix Suns superstar Kevin Durant, according to the New York Post, this coming after ESPN reported Wednesday the franchise was one of five teams in the sweepstakes for 15-time All-Star and two-time NBA champion.

But a league source said that despite the Knicks being listed the team was not interested in making a trade for Durant, who is entering the final year of his contract after playing 62 games and averaging an efficient 26.6 points per game.
