For the first time in his six seasons (this will be his seventh), Terry McLaurin is at odds with the Washington Commanders. It's unusual because McLaurin is the consummate pro, the good guy, outstanding leader and terrific player.

Washington Commanders head coach Dan Quinn isn't bothered by Terry McLaurin's contract standoff with the organization.

McLaurin, who turns 30 in September, is entering the final season of a three-year, $68.4 million deal. On the wide receiver front, superstar Ja'Marr Chase signed a four-year, $161 million extension with the Cincinnati Bengals in March, while Garrett Wilson signed a four-year, $130 million extension with the New York Jets in July.
