After performing the Black Sabbath 'Changes' at their farewell show in Birmingham, Yungblud has released the live cover, with all proceeds going to charity.
Weeks after absolutely blowing away all non- Ozzy or Black Sabbath performances at ‘Back to the Beginning’, British musician Yungblud posted a heartfelt tribute to the late “Prince of Darkness” in the wake of his passing.
Yungblud has released a version of "Changes" recorded live at Black Sabbath’s farewell concert, ‘Back to the Beginning’, at Villa Park on Saturday 5 July.
The highlight of the night for many was Yungblud 's raw, emotional performance of "Changes", the 1972 Black Sabbath ballad from Vol. 4 — a moment that caught both the crowd and his peers by surprise. Surrounded by towering figures of heavy music, the genre-bending artist knew he had something to prove.
Yungblud’s music isn’t metal at all but he clearly has a love for Osbourne. He took that love a step further in a recent performance for BBC’s Live Lounge, where he performed a medley of songs: Black Sabbath ‘s “War Pigs,” Kanye West ‘s “Power” and The 1975’s “Part of the Band.”
