Classkick completed its first seed round in March, raising $1.7 million from Kapor Capital, Lightbank, Great Oaks Venture Capital and Yammer co-founder Adam Pisoni.

Classkick has expanded its collaborative assignment platform onto the Web. Previously, it was available only as an iOS app for iPad.
