According to a report from ABC News, a private Florida lab and the Pima County Sheriff’s Department has sent the sample to the FBI, and the FBI is using new technology to analyze the DNA sample to help find out who took the 84-year-old woman.
The report, published April 22 by Jack Murphy and Sean D. Naylor on The High Side Substack, describes what it calls a “sophisticated theft” involving industrial crop-spraying drones capable of dispersing large quantities of liquid over wide areas. The FBI has not confirmed this report.
