Click the ‘Virus & threat protection’. Click ‘Manage settings’ under the ‘Virus & threat protection settings’ tab. Turn off real-time protection by switching the toggle to ‘Off’.

Select Virus & Threat Protection from the left sidebar. Click on Manage Settings under Virus & Threat Protection Settings. Finally, toggle off the switch under Real-Time Protection.
