On Monday night, the Rams provided a welcomed, albeit temporary escape for their fans who are dealing with the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles. Led by a dominant defensive effort, the Rams took a 24-3 halftime lead en route to a 27-9 win over the Vikings in the NFC wild-card round.

Monday's Wild Card game between the Los Angeles Rams and Minnesota Vikings was personal for former UCLA safety Quentin Lake and his team, and that driving force took the Rams to victory.

The Minnesota Vikings (14-3) and Los Angeles Rams (10-7) will face off in the final game of the NFL Wild Card Round. Kickoff is set for 8:00 p.m. EST from State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Ariz.

“In the interest of public safety, Monday’s Vikings-Rams Wild Card game has been moved from SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA to State Farm Stadium, the home of the Arizona Cardinals, the NFL announced today,” the NFL shared in a statement on Thursday. “The decision was made in consultation with public officials, the participating clubs and the NFLPA.”
