Babyface had an awkward moment on the red carpet for Sunday's 2025 Grammy Awards at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. The "When Can I See You" artist was thoughtfully formulating an answer to a question from the Associated Press reporters when the interviewers became distracted by Chappell Roan.

Babyface interview goes viral as ‘disrespectful’ reporters shout for Chappell Roan on Grammys 2025 red carpet

The incident went viral on social media as many people — including Khloé Kardashian — bashed the “disrespectful” journalists, Krysta Fauria and Leslie Ambriz. Babyface (whose real name is Kenneth Brian Edmonds) was in the middle of his interview with the AP when one of the reporters noticed that Roan, 26, was behind them.
