TMZ says it has received a new ransom note from someone claiming to have critical information about the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, the 84‑year‑old mother of Today show co‑anchor Savannah Guthrie.

Savannah Guthrie returned to “Today” on Monday morning, more than two months after she took a leave from the morning newscast to dedicate herself to the search for her abducted mother.

“I want to smile, and when I do it will be real,” she told Hoda Kotb, who came back to “Today” to fill in while Guthrie focused on the search.
