According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the injury will sideline Jones for "six to eight months," which would allow him to be "fully cleared" for training camp. "The belief still is that Jones will play next year in Indianapolis," Schefter wrote, "but his contract expires after this season and he is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent."
