CAIRO − Israeli forces on Friday raided the Kamal Adwan Hospital, one of three medical facilities on the northern edge of Gaza, ordering dozens of patients and hundreds of others to evacuate and leaving part of the site on fire, health ministry officials said.

Gaza's Health Ministry says Israeli troops have stormed one of the last hospitals operating in the northernmost part of the territory, forcing many of the staff and patients out of the facility.

The director of the hospital alleges IDF troops have been burning operating theatres in the facility, which Israel says is a 'Hamas terrorist stronghold'.
