Central Ohio is likely to see 4-6 inches of snow on Dec. 13, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington.
The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a winter weather advisory as Cincinnati is forecast to get 2 to 3 inches of snow the night of Dec. 11 into the morning of Dec. 12, with more snow to the southwest of the city in Boone County, Kentucky and Dearborn County, Indiana.
The Summit County Sheriff's Office is warning of icy roadways with blowing and drifting snow. Only those with a necessity to drive should be out.
St. Paul has declared a snow emergency to take effect tonight after a winter storm dropped 3-5 inches of snow and tangled up the morning commute.

Fairfield County under a level 2 snow emergency
Fairfield County is under a level two snow emergency as of 5:45 p.m. Dec. 13, according to the sheriff's office.
All vehicles, trailers and equipment parked on all emergency snow routes must be removed by the owner until the road has been cleared.
