The Department of Homeland Security released body cam video Saturday showing the moments federal officers arrested the mayor of Newark, New Jersey, at an ICE facility.

The notices allege the Geo Group, which is contracted by ICE to operate the 1,000-bed facility, is refusing city officials entry to the facility and improperly padlocking the front gate.
