The Minnesota Office of the Legislative Auditor says a program run within the Department of Human Services does not have appropriate oversight of funds it is disbursing.
The public is invited to hear presentations about post traumatic stress disorder by authors Col. Wayne Quist and Dr. Steve Lansing on Jan. 22 at the Albert Lea American Legion at 142 N. Broadway.
