State police arrested a Dover Township man who attempted to carjack individuals who stopped to help him after his vehicle crashed on Interstate 83 in York County, according to a news release. Troopers responded around 3:23 p.

The woman was a passenger in a vehicle that a witness reported swerved off the road to avoid colliding with a white SUV that drove into their lane.

The driver of a vehicle that collided head on with a Navasota police vehicle killing Sgt. Mark Butler has been identified as 59-year-old Kimberly Lannigan, of Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was also killed in the crash.

The driver was taken to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead, police said. She was the only person in the car.
