Charles Petros Kocoras (born March 12, 1938) is a senior United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Charles Petros Kocoras is an Article III federal judge serving on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, one of the busiest federal district courts in the nation. He joined the court in 1980 after being nominated by President Jimmy Carter .
