Jan 8, 2022 · Having met Trae & me being 6’6, Trae is right around 6’0. Dennis is 100% 6’1 as 6’3 is way too generous. Trae’s body frame is what throws everything off but he’s definitely around 6’0 with shoes

He is very predictable. Also, people think he is a better shooter than what he is. Trae is a career 35% 3-point shooter. Luka is a 34% shooter. No one considers Luka to be Steph Curry. But for some reason, people think Trae is an otherworldly shooter. Mental: Trae doing Trae things can mean a variety of things.

I was very close at my height, so 4 more inches would help. Then you just have to work on mechanics. I would expect any NBA player over 6ft to be able to dunk. That said, I can't hate on him for not doing it. At that height, the dunks aren't spectacular, and as the #1 option on your team, it's just a waste of energy.

Like I said I got a weird obsession with knowing these guys real heights, and Trae Young is definitely one of the more smaller people in the whole league to know he goes out there probably the same height as an average person working at McDonalds drive through and can still put up 30 a game is crazy!

The thing with Trae Young is that unless he becomes an elite offensive player then he won't be a starter on a good team. There's no spot for an undersized, defensive liability if they aren't a transcendent positive on the offensive end. Compare that to, say, Porter or Bagley.

May 17, 2018 · NBA players generally go by their height WITH shoes. There's some exceptions though, like Kevin Durant. I believe he measured at 6'9" barefoot but he doesn't like the idea of being listed taller than that for some reason.
