Tahdig ist mein persische Kindheit Zutaten: • 500 g Reis • 1,25 l Wasser • 1 TL Salz • 30 ml Öl • 100 g Butter • ½ TL Safran, gemörsert • ⅓ TL Kurkuma Zubereitung: 1. Den Reis gründlich waschen, bis das Wasser klar ist. 2. Mit 1,25 l Wasser und 1 TL Salz zum Kochen bringen. 3. Sobald der Reis innen noch leicht bissfest ist, über ein Sieb abgießen. 4. Safran, Kurkuma und ein wenig heißes Wasser verrühren und einige Minuten ziehen lassen. 5. In einem großen Topf Butter, Öl und die Hälfte des Safra
