محدش هيقولك ان الضغط النفسي والعصبي المستمر ليه أثر عضوي على دماغك وأنه بيغير حركة إشارات الجهاز العصبي وان الإنسان ممكن يضعف ويمرض من شوية ضغط وأثره ممكن يستمر سنتين او اكتر كمان من التعب المزمن والإرهاق بدون مجهود اي حاجة بتكلفك تعب جهازك العصبي صدقيني ملهاش اي لازمة ولا أهمية قصاد صحتك ولو مفيش بد منها شوفي التمن اللي هتدفعيه من أعصابك يستاهل ولا لا الاحتراق النفسي شيء غير ملموس ومش ظاهر فافتكري وقت اي ضغط هو الشيء دا يستاهل ولا لا لأن وقت تعبك محدش هيدرك مدي أثره لأنه مش ظاهر زي إصابات الحوا

Bullying , poor management and a hostile environment I am going to keep posting on this subject matter as the more I hear the more I am horrified.
