Due to high tide, the flooding on St.Pete Beach, Florida was at it's worst at 3:30am this morning. This video from Shark Tales Waterfront Restaurant shows at least 3 feet of water in the street! At this point the water has subsided but there is another high tide at 3:20pm today.
