Row erg common mistakes ⚠️ ✅ Top: Driving through the legs first, hip hinge follows, arms last. Lean back slightly keeping core engaged. Then reverse *arms extend fully first, body hinges forward at hips ** legs bend last. It’s okay for the heels to come up slightly when you reach that catch. ❌ Pulling with legs & arm’s simultaneously. No hip hinge, body is staying in fixed position. On the way back in- legs are bending first & collapsing into a rushed stroke. Leading to poor power and rhythm. #
