Welcome to Part 5 of my screen porch build! I pre constructed 1 foot gable end overhangs for the front of the porch. This is to match the 1 foot overhangs on the side. I also finished adding the returns off the rafter tails that the soffit will attach to. I wanted pretty deep overhangs in the design to help keep rain water away from the inside but also because I love the look!
