Cuando habilitas esta funcion basicamente esto le hace overcloacking a tus memorias ram asegurandose de que use su mayor rendimiento y asi aumente tus FPS en cualquier juego. con un estimado de 20-35 fps mas jugando. Esto tambien va depender que marca de motherboard tengas en mi caso tengo asus rog pero si en las opciones de tu bios se ve diferente puedes buscar youtube como activar el perfil intel XMP o AMD EXPO para tu motherboard en especifico ya s
