look at this spetument here: he looks like a striped toodybird, but something seems strange… where is his iconic camouflage technique? where is his trademark beady-eyed stare? something is wrong. this, my friends, is the false toodybird: a spetument that, while looking remaekably similar to the striped toodybird, is in fact a member of the heron family! and from the looks of it, this one is on the defensive… it is beliefed that these avian predators evolved to leverage the toodybird’s reputation
