TEST CLUSTER FOR SUBACROMIAL PAIN SYNDROME (SAPS) Most shoulder special tests are unfortunately not that special - especially regarding SAPS. So while they don't have much clinical value, Michener et al. (2009) describes a cluster of 5 tests, which alters the post-test probability with 3 or more positive tests out of 5 by LR 2.93 and less than 3 positive out of 5 with LR- 0.34. This is still not much, but still better than a stand-alone test. These 5 tests are: Hawkins-Kennedy, Neer test, extern
