⭐🇦🇲 Chef Ara Zada's Armenian Mante/Manti 🇦🇲⭐ Short-cut method Mante or Manti is a delicious mini meatball wrapped in a very thin dough and pinched together, then it’s roasted so the dough is slightly crispy! It’s basically a mini dumpling. I prefer mine with yogurt and a little sumac but their are many ways to eat it! Manti filling: 1lb ground beef 80/20 1 onion grated 2 garlic cloves grated 2 tsp Salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp Aleppo pepper or red pepper 1 Pack wonton wrappers cut in quarters. Mix

⭐💖⭐🌲Chef Ara Zada's Yogurt meatball soup 🌲⭐💖⭐ also known as Matzoon ov Kufte, is a popular dish. It’s commonly served with Kibbeh (stuffed meatball) inside, but making small meatballs without stuffing is much easier and equally delicious! What do you call this soup? - Soup - 1/2 cup short-grain rice - 4-6 cups water - 2 lb plain yogurt @karoundairies - 1 tablespoon butter - 3 minced garlic cloves - 2 tablespoons dried mint - Salt and pepper to taste - Meatballs - 1 pound ground beef - 1/2 gr
