AUSTRALIA’S WONDERLAND FINAL DAY OF OPERATION #OnThisDay 26 April 2004, Australia’s Wonderland closed its doors. 300 people lost their jobs and, at the time, owners of the theme park told reporters that the land was sold for $52 million. There were plans for the site, on Walgrove Road Eastern Creek, to be converted into a business park.
